Juicing and Raw Food Diet – A Natural Progression

It is probably not a stretch to go from Juicing to a Raw Food Diet.

Rocking Body Raw FoodOf course a lot of people maybe don’t want to go that far, but I would encourage you to look further, particularly if you are struggling with some chronic health problems, or even just having a problem losing weight.

Most of us don’t mind adding something healthy to our diets, every now and then, and if we are really good we might even have something every day :)   That’s great, and sometimes making a slower transition to a more healthful lifestyle is a really great idea…. But….

Don’t fall into the trap of becoming blase about the whole thing and lose your motivation where instead of improving and adding to your lifestyle changes, you get slack and slowly it peters out.

I think a lot of us could be guilty of this.

Point is you have to decide for yourself the best way to go about making healthy changes to your daily routine.  For some perhaps making big changes all at once will work, but I suspect for most it is good to make a plan to add things a little more gradually.

For example, you might add drinking enough good clean water as well as regular daily exercise to your routine.  Or you might like to add a great veggie juice or green drink as a daily tonic.  You might like to start educating yourself about why a Raw Food Diet is so good for your health and what the benefits might be should you start to transition to this lifestyle.

The main thing I wanted to get across is that from the research and experimentation I have done, becoming a Raw Foodist or at least making that your primary food source, even if you don’t stick to it 100%, will improve your health and well-being dramatically.

I have found an excellent program which is targeted at cleansing the body, giving a kickstart to your weight loss as well as your health and at the same time introducing you to the world of the Raw Food Diet.

It is an outstanding program I recently purchased for the very reasons I am recommending here, and so far I have been extremely impressed by Joy Houston (a Raw Food Chef and passionate Raw Foodist).

The members area is set out in an easy to follow format and everything is taught step by step with down-loadable ebooks, as well as video’s you can watch to make sure you know how to go about the whole process.

It is a Raw Food Cleansing program called Rocking Body Raw Food and it provides a complete day by day plan for food preparation for 14 days.

For myself, I have also found it is a great introduction to learning how to implement the delicious and life giving Raw Food Recipes into my diet.
